Chris Mason is a partner in the Baton Rouge office of Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson in the Casualty Litigation section. Chris' principal areas of practice include defense of personal injury, transportation and trucking defense, premises liability, product liability, insurance policy and coverage disputes, general insurance defense, commercial liability, , workers’ compensation defense, railroad liability, highway design and maintenance litigation, construction disputes, and medical malpractice. Chris has tried dozens of cases to verdict and has handled appeals before the Louisiana Courts of Appeal and Supreme Court. Chris has an AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, and has been listed in the Louisiana Super Lawyers as a Rising Star since 2015.

Numerous successful appeals on behalf of appellants and appellees before Louisiana appellate courts and the Louisiana Supreme Court.
Represented property owners, real estate management companies in both general business affairs and litigated matters including landlord/tenant litigation, leases, evictions, handbook and policy development, and compliance with the Fair Housing Act, defense of complaints filed with HUD or RD, including discrimination, ADA.
